Art Deco block of flats and shop resulting from the complete remodelling in 1928, by the architect Maurice Van Nieuwenhuyse, of a neoclassical house of 1882. The five-storey, two-bay rendered elevation carries moulded geometric decoration and triangular oriels rising from the first floor to the cornice. On the ground floor, a wide central shop window flanked by two doors, with chamfered jambs decorated with small rectangular motifs, retains its original frames.
