Résidence Square

An Art Deco corner apartment building, signed and dated on the plinth “E. Drake / arch. 1931”. On a sloping site it has six storeys on the square side and five on the street side under a mansard, in brick enhanced with white stone and rendered elements in light granito. Several trapezoidal oriels punctuate the façades, including that of the corner bay housing the main entrance porch; the wrought-iron glazed doors and window grilles are preserved.

Translated from the French original.
