An Art Deco block of flats on the corner of boulevard Auguste Reyers, signed on the base by the architect Tilman, 1929. The six-storey elevation, the top one an attic under a mansard, in brick, reconstituted white stone and imitation stone, stands on a high base housing garages. The corner bay is treated as an engaged turret, whose upper loggia was enclosed and roof replaced by a domed storey in 1956. A porch with two engaged columns, shallow oriels under terraces and original wrought-iron doors, railings and gates complete the façade; the flats, one per floor, were intended for sale from the outset.
