Art Deco house, signed on the ground floor by the architect Georges France, 1923. The asymmetrical two-storey façade under a set-back attic is faced in red Boom brick, enlivened with bluestone, white stone and imitation stone, on a plinth of ferruginous sandstone rubble. The door, flanked by two small pilasters, sits under a canopy and a round-arched transom. A trapezoidal projecting bay, lit by a large central window and two small side windows, is topped by a terrace with ironwork. The window frames and glazing bars with stained and coloured glass are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
