Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling of two bays and three storeys under a gable roof, in the Art Deco style, built in 1928 to designs by the architect August Waterschoot and his son Leander. Its brick cornice façade makes ample use of natural stone, notably for the high plinth, door surround, bay window and bands. Some windows and the door have strongly chamfered upper corners, and the transoms are filled with leaded glass. The curved bay window of the middle floor, with a rectangular triple window, is crowned by a balcony with a stepped parapet and a small central wrought-iron railing; the façade ends in a wide moulded cornice, treated as a triangular pseudo-pediment above the window bay. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
