Maison Art déco, Koningin Elisabethlaan 86 — Saint-Nicolas

Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling of two bays and three storeys under a broken-pitch gable roof with a full-width dormer, in the Art Deco style, built in 1928 to designs by the architect Marc Neerman. The brick cornice façade is largely rendered, thus suggesting concrete. The narrow door bay combines a recessed door with narrow rectangular upper windows; a three-sided bay window and rectangular triple windows enliven the façade. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
