Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling of two bays and three storeys under a flat roof in the Art Deco style, built in 1931 to designs by the architect H. De Boom (Sint-Niklaas) for the sculptor Robert Van de Velde. Its brick cornice façade stands on a bluestone plinth; the rectangular windows have a bluestone parapet on the ground floor and, on the middle floor, are set in a triangular bay window whose white-rendered central pier bears floral motifs. The recessed rectangular door, with a straight transom, is crowned by a bas-relief showing two kneeling female figures on either side of a bunch of flowers. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
