A terraced house of 1931, three bays and three storeys, built for the Ghijs sisters to a design by the architect August and/or Leander Waterschoot. According to the inventory, its brick facade with geometric, colourful motifs places it within the autonomous Art Deco movement. It is enlivened by decorative brickwork, a projecting white-painted cement band decorated with triangles and a semicircular oriel topped by a wrought-iron balcony. The joinery, with geometric leaded glass, is preserved. The house has been protected as a monument since 2002.
