Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling of two bays and three storeys under a gable roof, in the Art Deco style, designed in 1929, according to the archives, by the architect A. Waterschoot and his son Leander. Its brick cornice façade is provided with natural stone in the door and window surrounds. The window bay is set in a full-height surround of stacked balusters, a motif repeated more heavily around the rectangular double door, whose curved transom has carved decoration and leaded glass. The curved bay window of the middle floor is crowned by a balcony with three small wrought-iron railings; the façade ends in a flat natural-stone frieze and a heavy timber cornice decorated with geometric patterns. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
