Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling of two bays and three storeys in the Art Deco style, built in 1932 to designs by the architect Raphaël Waterschoot. Of brick on a high bluestone base, it has a wide window bay with two ground-floor windows and a polygonal concrete bay window over the two upper floors. The narrow door bay combines a recessed rectangular door with a projecting upper floor springing from a natural-stone parapet. A curved cornice crowns the façade. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
