Three-storey Art Deco house built in 1931 to designs by the architect Raphaël Waterschoot, with a façade of one door bay and one window bay (an 'enkelhuis'). Its fairly plain brick cornice façade has a door and ground-floor window under flattened mitre arches, a curved white-rendered bay window on the middle floor and a rectangular triple window on the top floor. The restrained decoration is limited to the leaded glass, the brickwork of the top floor and the cornice with triangular motifs. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
