Single-house (enkelhuis) dwelling in the Art Deco style, of two bays and three storeys under a gable roof, designed in 1930 by the architect August Waterschoot. Of brick on a bluestone plinth, it has a narrow door bay: a rectangular door with a straight transom and a stepped fanlight in a white rendered surround, topped by narrow rectangular windows in a full-height surround. The window bay has a stepped ground-floor window with leaded glass in the transom and a curved bay window flanked by fluted half-columns, with a triple window and a balcony with a small wrought-iron railing. A heavy timber cornice, stepped above the window bay, rests on two heavy brackets carried by the half-columns. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
