Double-fronted, three-storey house in the Art Deco style, built in 1931 to designs by the architect Raphaël Waterschoot for the manufacturer E. Bulteel. Its wide brick cornice façade stands on a bluestone base; the staggered ground floor has a garage door and a recessed entrance door. The left-hand upper bay has rectangular triple windows, the right-hand bay a triangular bay window with a corbelled brick course, crowned by wrought-iron railings. The leaded glass survives intact. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
