Ensemble de quatre maisons Art déco, Koningin Elisabethlaan 26-32 — Saint-Nicolas

Ensemble of four terraced houses in the Art Deco style, of three storeys and two bays in a mirror-image arrangement, built in 1932 to designs by the architect Raphaël Waterschoot, also for the manufacturer E. Bulteel. Their decorative brick construction is marked by a wide projecting window bay with a curved bay window crowned by a balcony. The stepped, strongly overhanging timber cornice has since been removed. The houses are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
