Art Deco town house, signed and dated « F. VAN MEULECOM / ARCHITECTE / 1930 », part of a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 66 to no. 98. The three-storey elevation, beneath a tall mansard roof broken by two twin gables, has a projecting rendered ground floor beneath a timber cornice, with an entrance door flanked by lanterns and a partly sunken garage. The upper floors, in brick with imitation-stone details, are centred on a loggia with a wrought-iron railing flanked by two rectangular windows. The frames with glazing bars filled with floral stained glass and the ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
