Art Deco town house by the architect Lucien François, 1929, part of a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 66 to no. 98. The two-storey façade, in brick with imitation-stone and bluestone details, has on the ground floor a trapezoidal oriel with a mullioned window. The entrance door, reached by steps and flanked by a window, is sheltered beneath a canopy and a polygonal-arched transom light, under a broadly overhanging timber cornice and a mansard with two dormers. The entrance retains richly coloured stained glass and elegant original ironwork, while the window frames and the garage door have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
