Art Deco town house by the architect J. Van Camp, 1930, part of a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 66 to no. 98. The three-storey façade, in brick and imitation stone with bluestone details, has a ground floor fronted by a trapezoidal logette and pierced by a door beneath a continuous canopy. The upper floors are lit by wide ribbon windows with spandrels rendered in imitation stone, like the moulded entablature. The woodwork is original, including the frames with horizontal glazing bars; the flat roof was replaced by a pitched roof and a partly sunken garage added in 1959. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
