A small Art Deco apartment building on a through plot, signed by the architect Guillaume (Willem) Vermeiren in 1934; the attic top floor dates from 1939. On Avenue Jupiter, the red-brick façade, set off with artificial stone, white stone and bluestone, has a ground floor punctuated by heavy moulded pilasters beneath a continuous concrete canopy, and an oriel on a trapezoidal plan with ribbon windows. The rear façade on Avenue Victor Rousseau is treated in a similar way; the ground floor was designed for a professional practice, with one flat per floor. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
