Art Deco town house by the architect Marcel Spittael, 1931, part of a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 66 to no. 98. The two-storey façade, in yellow brick and bluestone beneath a mansard roof, has an entrance reached by steps, flanked by a small window and a rectangular logette, all beneath a continuous canopy. On the upper floor, a ribbon window is interrupted by a central decorative panel, and the ironwork and the stone panel share the same chevron motif. The woodwork has been replaced like for like, and the boundary railings on a bluestone base are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
