Art Deco town house, signed and dated « F. Van MEULECOM / ARCHITECTE 1923 » on the base. The three-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof is in orange brick enlivened with imitation-stone, white-stone and bluestone details. The trapezoidal entrance is recessed at the centre beneath a canopy, and the upper floors have three bays, also recessed; the rendered first floor is lit by three French windows behind a balustrade of piers topped by spheres framing ironwork. The door and the frames with polychrome glazing bars are original, as is the graceful ironwork with geometric motifs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
Translated from the French original.
