Immeuble à appartements Art déco, avenue Jupiter 11

Art Deco apartment building erected in 1924 by the architect Pieter Verbruggen for his sister Eline Verbruggen. The three-storey façade on a high base, in red brick enhanced with artificial stone, is enlivened by trapezoidal bays topped with terraces. All the terraces have balustrades in decorative openwork masonry. The joinery and the stained glass with geometric motifs are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
