Art Deco town house signed on the façade by the architect François Van Meulecom, 1923; the present mansard roof replaced the original flat roof in 1932, by the same architect. The two-storey façade, in orange brick enlivened with imitation stone and white stone on a bluestone base, has two round-arched openings and a recessed porch with a terrazzo floor on the ground floor. On the upper floor, a curved bow window is flanked by two French windows. Some frames retain stained glass with flower and butterfly motifs, and the geometric ironwork is particularly refined.

Translated from the French original.
