Art Deco house, signed and dated « F. Petit architecte 1930 » by the architect Fernand Petit; it is now part of the Université libre de Bruxelles. It consists of two blocks: the dwelling itself, of three storeys, and a two-storey wing. The façades combine a lower part in white stone with light-coloured render; the main façade is pierced by rectangular or round-arched openings, some paired, and marked by a kind of semicircular projecting section and a balcony. The wing has round-arched arcades on the ground floor, the third giving access to a garage, and small round-arched windows grouped in twos or threes on the upper floor. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
