Ten-storey Art Deco apartment building designed in 1930 by the architect and developer Jean-Florian Collin on his own account, at the corner of Avenue du Congo and Avenue des Courses. A corner rotunda links two façades rendered in greyish pink, each marked by two wide oriels and by pilasters that stress the verticality. The entrance hall retains its wood panelling, terrazzo, green and gold mosaics, and original light fittings, doors and letterboxes.
