Art Deco town house built in 1923 by the architect James Allard, who lived in it from 1925. The three-storey elevation in orange brick is punctuated by bluestone elements. Its rectangular windows, not aligned in bays, include a wide ribbon window with a trapezoidal frame on the first floor and windows grouped in threes on the second; a dormer pierces the roof. The front door is round-arched; the adjacent garage door results from the conversion of a window in 1951 by the same architect. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
