This Art Deco corner building was designed in 1929 by the architect Delsemme, with a commercial ground floor altered notably in 1942. Its rendered façade with false joints, four storeys high, turns onto Chaussée de Waterloo through a corner bay treated as an engaged turret on the upper levels. Oriels with rounded corners on elongated brackets project in front of every other bay on the two top storeys; the roof was altered in 1939. Glazing-bar frames enclosing coloured panes partly survive.
