Art Deco corner building built in 1926 by the architect Pierre Meewis, replacing a house of 1883. Originally devoted entirely to trade, it contained only one dwelling, the manager's, on the second floor. Its two polygonal bow windows, once fully glazed, were altered in 1938; the top storey, pierced with openings whose arches are shaped like a gendarme’s hat, sits within a recessed wall section beneath an entablature with egg-moulding and large stylised modillions. The commercial ground floor has been altered many times; the building is recorded in the heritage inventory but not protected as a monument.
