Art Deco building constructed in 1923 to plans by the architect Jules Smekens, with five storeys and two bays. The commercial ground floor is rendered and pierced by a carriage entrance, while the upper floors are faced with green sandstone rubble. Two curved oriels in white imitation stone run over the first three upper floors; opened by triplets under segmental arches, they are decorated with floral reliefs between each level and carry a large continuous balcony in front of the top floor. The top floor has two wide basket-handle arched windows alternating red brick and white imitation-stone voussoirs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
