Art Deco apartment building dated 1930, with a symmetrical elevation of four bays and six storeys beneath a mansard roof. The ground floor, faced with green and black ceramic tiles, has a wide central porch flanked by two shops. The upper floors are faced in white stone; in the side bays, two yellow-brick oriels rise up to the cornice, each resting on a concrete corbel decorated with a toothed frieze. The top-floor windows are set back in a loggia with multi-stepped reveals enlivened by white and yellow bricks; inside, the original open-shaft Schindler lift survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
