A group of three almost identical Art Deco apartment buildings, erected in 1935 for the company Alexandre Bertrand & Consorts to plans by the architect Armand de Saulnier, completed in 1938 by the building at no. 88-90, designed by the same architect for the same consortium. The six-storey brick elevations, underlined by wide rendered ledges above a blue-stone base, form a uniform whole; the middle building is enlivened by loggias and terraces with rounded tubular railings, beneath a shared, deeply projecting cornice. At no. 88-90, in red brick, loggias flanked by small terraces are separated by T-shaped pilasters. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
