Art Deco apartment building designed in 1929 by the architect Jean Finné for the contractors J. Gobiet and F. Fallas. The red brick façade, enhanced with white stone, rendered elements and blue stone, rises eight storeys, the top one set back, in a symmetrical elevation of four bays. The outer bays are marked by a trapezoidal oriel, while the central bays move from recessed to projecting on the upper floors. The central entrance is sheltered by a canopy on heavy brackets, and the door with grilled openings survives. The building is recorded in the inventory.
