On the corner of the avenue Charbo, Art Deco rental building with a commercial ground floor, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect Charles Van Elst, 1935. The red brick façade, enhanced with rendered areas and blue stone, is arranged on either side of a canted bay under a tall bell-shaped gable; the top attic storey was added by the same architect in 1945-1946. On the Brabançonne side, a blind wall is enlivened by monumental glyphs. The shopfront is clad with veined black marble on the corner, and the decoration combines nested triangles and fluting. The building is recorded in the inventory.
