Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1933 by the architect Jean Finné. The elevation in brick and cement elements has four unequal bays and three storeys. The ground floor has a large shopfront with a recessed central door, a pedestrian door and a carriage entrance. The upper floors are fronted at the sides by two trapezoidal cement oriels, and the cornice follows the projections of the façade; the joinery is preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
