Art Deco house of flats designed in 1933 by the architect Maurice Chenot; it gives access to a large plot in the interior of the block occupied by the buildings of a former mechanical sawmill. Its brown-brick elevation, enhanced with bluestone, has three storeys and three unequal bays, the narrower central one, with staggered levels, serving the flats. A canted-corner carriage door, windows mostly fitted with a drip, and a polygonal central window in the entablature enliven the façade. On the top floor, the side bays carry small rectangular projecting bays on trapezoidal corbels. The joinery survives, with stained glass featuring scroll motifs in textured glass; the house is recorded in the inventory.
