Immeuble de rapport Art déco, rue Auguste Lambiotte 126-130

Art Deco block of flats built in 1935 by the architect Prudent Peere, originally with two shops on the ground floor, converted into housing in 1963. The symmetrical elevation of four storeys and two bays is in flame-textured brick enhanced with bluestone, with depressed-arch openings. On the upper floors, the recessed bays are flanked by pilasters. The original door survives, as do the sashes with glazing-bar transoms set with red and green glass on the upper floors. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
