Art Deco house with rental flats designed in 1928 by the architect Octave Van Roye for his own use; his office occupied the ground floor. This is faced with bluestone slabs of varied sizes, while the upper floors, in red brick enhanced with white stone and bluestone, feature raised brick decoration, a polygonal oriel and triple windows. Window frames with geometric stained glass, an openwork door and wrought-iron grilles with scrolls complete the façade; the building is recorded in the inventory but not protected.
