Art Deco house resulting from the modernisation of an 1862 neoclassical house: in 1930 the architect Jean Finné altered and raised it for the firm “J. Van Campenhout, pelleteries, fourrures”. The asymmetrical four-storey façade is rendered in white imitation stone, with orange brick on the top floor. The shop window has a coloured stained-glass transom depicting a fox, emblem of the furrier. The main bay carries a trapezoidal oriel on a corbel; the spandrels bear a cross motif, some on a peony ground, and the cornice follows the projection of the façade. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
