Art Deco apartment building erected by the architect Jean Finné following a 1931 building permit application. It has five storeys and two bays: a ground-floor shop planned from the outset, topped by four floors of flats. The first floor, in imitation stone, has a wide balcony above the entrance; the upper floors are in brick and imitation stone. The right-hand bay is lit by a continuous bow window with flower-decorated spandrels, while the recessed windows of the entrance bay are fronted by balconies with geometric wrought-iron railings. The building is recorded in the inventory.
