Group of three houses and a block of flats with a commercial ground floor, in the Art Deco style, designed in 1928 by the architect H. Eggerickx for the contractor G. Eggerickx; signature and date appear on each plinth. The orange-brick façades, two storeys for the houses and three for the corner building, under mansard roofs with dormers, play on upright and projecting brickwork. The corner building has corbelled bays on the upper floors and recessed windows with polygonal breasts; no. 111 Rue Auguste Lambiotte has a polygonal bay window on a corbel. The group is recorded in the statutory inventory.
