A town house with a rendered Art Deco facade, signed by the architect Jules Lippens and dated 1928. The terraced house has two bays and three storeys under a flat roof, with colossal pilasters topped by an ornament and a central trapezoidal oriel. It has kept its original layout and its interwar interior fittings, including floors, joinery, fireplaces, furniture designed for the house and stained glass. It has been protected as a monument since 2006, in the Miljoenenkwartier.
