Art Deco terraced house, signed "P. Vandevelde, architect, P. Nevejans entrepreneur", according to a 1929 building application. Of two bays and three storeys under a gabled roof, it is marked by a curved bay window running through all the storeys. The parapets of the bay window are faced with green faience tiles and the transoms with green flamed glass. It lies within the protected townscape of the Miljoenenkwartier.
