Single-bay, three-storey house under a flat roof, designed by the architect Jules Lippens according to the façade inscription and dated 1927 by archival records. The rendered cornice façade in the Art Deco style opens on the ground floor with a wide basket-handle-arched window; the first floor has a wide curved bay window on a corbel decorated with a carved animal head, and the top floor a loggia closed by three curved balcony railings. Mitre arches, relief friezes with floral motifs and ribbed motifs form a typical Art Deco vocabulary. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
