Maison bourgeoise Art déco, Rooigemlaan 158 — Gand

Art Deco town house designed in 1926 by Jules Lippens. The brick façade uses cement render for the window surrounds and panels. It has typical angular window shapes, including mitre arches, and a wide, taller bay with a bay window beside the narrow door bay on the left. Bricks laid at an angle complete the decoration. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
