Maisons Art déco, Koning Albertlaan 131-133 — Gand

Two Art Deco terraced houses signed by the architect Jules Lippens and dated 1926. No. 131, in brick with painted cement rendering, is marked by a side projection framed by decorated brick pilasters, a curved oriel topped by a balcony, and stained-glass transoms. No. 133, fully rendered, has a full-width oriel with balcony on the bel-étage and a triple window beneath flower garlands on the top floor.
