An Art Deco villa of 1930, designed by Marin Braeckman, with three unequal bays and two storeys under a combined mansard and gabled roof. It is notable for a lively play of projecting and recessed volumes (oriels, balconies), rendered bands and windows with stepped arches. The leaded glass and most of the interior finishing (stucco, joinery, floors, staircase, fireplaces, indirect lighting, bathroom) survive. A garage in the same style stands in the garden. The villa has been protected as a monument since 2006.
