Art Deco terraced house designed in 1926 by the architect O. Vandenhoeck. The three-storey brick façade under a tiled gabled roof is marked in the centre by a cemented bay window topped by a balcony in front of the wide stepped dormer. The windows have playful shapes, including chamfered upper corners, with glazing bars and coloured glass in the transoms. The side piers are pierced by small vertical openings and decorated with staggered brickwork, and the double door is recessed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
