Town house in the Art Deco style built for the couple Adriaan and Irma Neetesonne-Dens to a 1924 design by the architect Edward Van Not. It belongs to the mature work of Van Not, who turned to the emerging Art Deco style as early as the early 1920s. The three-bay façade combines an elevation with a curved gable derived from the late Baroque with ornaments and mouldings typical of Art Deco, in white stone and red brick on a bluestone plinth, articulated by giant pilasters with stepped tops and a three-sided oriel on the bel-étage. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
