Art Deco house designed in 1931 by Edward Van Not, municipal architect of Deurne, for the couple H. Spiessens-Van Genechten. The red-brick façade with cornice on a bluestone plinth, enhanced with white natural stone, has a projecting bay with a three-sided bay window over two storeys, crowned by a large dormer with a curving outline. The stone elements carry geometric and floral reliefs; the original door, leaded-glass windows and garden railing survive, as does Art Deco interior finishing on the ground floor. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
