A town house in a restrained Art Deco style, built around 1927 for Georges Geens, who lived in Zurenborg. It has three storeys and three bays under a slate mansard roof, with a facade faced in white natural stone on a blue stone plinth and a wooden cornice. The main floor is emphasised by a full-width bow window and an Art Deco wrought-iron balcony rail. The builder's signature is illegible in the building file. The house lies in the Zurenborg district, protected as an urban site.
