Apartment building in the Art Deco style built for P. Hoskens to a 1925 design by the architect Edward Van Not. It belongs to a group of Art Deco blocks of flats for which Van Not drew the plans between 1922 and 1927 in the block bounded by Plantin en Moretuslei, Van den Nestlei and Baron Joostensstraat, among the first generation of high-standing apartment buildings erected in Antwerp after the First World War. The four-storey façade of two unequal bays, in white stone on a bluestone plinth, is articulated by giant pilasters and triangular pediments with stepped tops; a two-storey bow window with a stepped corbel and a wrought-iron balcony marks the wide right-hand bay. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
